1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Doppel Market ("Doppel Market," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at doppelmarket.com, including the waitlist signup and any related content (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The Site and waitlist

The Site provides information about Doppel Market and lets you join a waitlist for the upcoming product. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access to the product, or create any obligation for either party to continue the relationship. Features described on the Site may change substantially before launch.

4. Your information

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it's accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to access, probe, or scan the Site or its infrastructure other than as a normal visitor would.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including by transmitting malicious code, sending spam, or scraping at a rate that degrades the service.
• Submit information that's false, misleading, or that impersonates another person or organization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Site, except to the extent applicable law prohibits that restriction.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site and remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

12. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doppel Market regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You can't assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
